Cup wheat flour, 1 cup finely chopped or grated broccoli, half cup grated cheese, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 finely chopped green chili, half teaspoon celery, half teaspoon black pepper powder, one teaspoon chili flakes, one teaspoon oregano, salt as per taste, ghee or oil for baking.
How to make Broccoli Cheese Paratha:
First step: To make Broccoli Cheese Paratha, first knead the wheat flour and keep it to set. Now after that wash the broccoli and boil it for five to ten minutes. After boiling it, chop it finely or grate it.
Second step: Now, in a bowl add broccoli, cheese, chopped onion, finely chopped green chillies, celery, chilli flakes, oregano, black pepper and salt and mix well. Your filling is ready
Third step: Now, make balls of wheat flour and fill the prepared stuffing in it. While filling the stuffing, keep in mind that the dough should be deep and thick and always fill the stuffing only a little. So that it does not come out while rolling.
