Yes, Sunil Shetty’s 15-month-old granddaughter Ivara is a big fan of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Not only this, Ivara also offers laddus on his picture and her first words as soon as she wakes up in the morning are ‘Modi ji, Modi ji’ and this has been revealed by Sunil Shetty himself.

Sunil Shetty recently told in a conversation with ‘Times Now’ that his daughter Athiya Shetty and son-in-law KL Rahul’s daughter Ivara are big fans of PM Modi. The actor told that once a nanny had shown PM Modi’s picture to Ivara at the airport and told her about him, since then whenever Ivara wakes up in the morning, she takes PM Modi’s name and then offers sweets on his picture. Whereas, neither he nor anyone in his family asked him to do so.
Sunil Shetty’s granddaughter offers laddu to PM Modi’s picture every morning
Sunil Shetty says- ‘I have always been saying that I am a big fan of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. I am not talking about any party, I am talking about the leader. A leader who inspires me. I love them as much as I love my country. There is something special about him, otherwise my 15 month old granddaughter would not have been his fan. My granddaughter was once told about Modi ji by her nanny at the airport and since then she opens a book of Sai Baba every morning, which also has Modi ji’s picture on it. After opening that picture she says ‘Modi ji, Modi ji’. Then she brings laddu from the idol of Lord Ganesha in the house and feeds it to that idol. Whereas neither I have asked him to do this, nor has his mother.

Sunil Shetty further says- ‘His nanny had told him only once – ‘Modi ji’. So there must be something in them. We did not say a word about him in front of her, but she calls herself ‘Modi ji’. There is something magical about them. Let us tell you, Sunil Shetty’s daughter Athiya and son-in-law KL Rahul got married in 2023 and after 2 years of marriage, welcomed daughter Ivara into this world in March 2025. The couple follows a no photo policy for their daughter and have not yet revealed their daughter’s face on social media.
