Sanjay Dutt starrer film ‘Aakhri Sawal’ has recently been released in theatres. A lot of headlines have also been seen regarding the film. If media reports are to be believed, this film has also been banned in UAE. Now this film is being screened at Rashtrapati Bhavan. According to the report of Bollywood Hungama, the screening of the film Aakhri Sawaal has been organized today i.e. on 17th May at Rashtrapati Bhavan.

Bollywood Hungama has reported that there will be a special screening of the film and preparations for the screening have been going on quietly for the last few days at Rashtrapati Bhavan. Details about the invitees and attendees are being kept under wraps for now, but it has been confirmed that the film will be shown today, May 17. The film opened on Friday with a net collection of Rs 40 lakh. Including Saturday’s earnings, its total Indian box office collection now stands at Rs 1.13 crore. According to reports, its Indian gross collection has reached Rs 1.35 crore after two days in theatres.
The film was banned in UAE
Times Now quoted a source as saying that the film has been banned in the UAE because the censor board had recommended several cuts for the film’s release. The filmmakers were confident in their decision to release the India-released version in the UAE. But now they have decided not to release it there. The film revolves around a crucial meeting that reportedly changed the course of the country, and attempts to go beyond traditional historical accounts to highlight themes of selfless service and bring out lesser known aspects of India’s socio-political journey. Along with Sanjay Dutt, the film has a strong cast including Amit Sadh, Namashi Chakraborty, Sameera Reddy, Tridha Choudhary and Neetu Chandra. Now the film is running in theaters these days. The special thing is that Sanjay Dutt himself has produced this film. Now it has to be seen whether this film can set a record in terms of earnings or not.
