Filmmaker-choreographer and famous YouTuber Farah Khan has talked about motherhood and the joy of having three children at the age of 43. Farah recently came as a guest on Shekhar Suman’s chat show Shekhar Tonight, where she told how she feels seeing actresses losing weight so quickly after giving birth to a child. She said, ‘I hate when I see that heroines and celebrities lose their baby weight in just two months, meaning within two months they come back to their old form. It took me 4-5 years to lose my baby weight.
Life changed after children
Farah also said that after having kids, we bought a bigger house, so my kids were a real blessing. She said, ‘But was I ready to have three children? I didn’t expect to have three kids, but I thought there would be one. I was 42 years old when I got IVF done, I gave birth to a child at the age of 43, so I had crossed that limit too. Talking about her husband Shirish Kunder and his role in the house, Farah said, ‘Now he and my son are of the same height. When I am sleeping at night or someone comes into the bedroom, I cannot recognize whether it is Jaar or Shirish.
What did Farah say about her husband?
Talking about her love for her husband Shirish Kunder, she said, ‘When we want something very badly, how much does our desire matter at that time? When we get it, its value lies in different things. Now I value Shirish as a father and in other things too. As a person who takes care of our entire family, all that stuff. I can’t live without him. I tell him the same thing, ‘If you go away with the children, who will fix my WiFi?’ Our house cannot survive without Shirish, he is a wonderful father. This means that my children have gone to such good universities. It is completely. That’s why everyone asks ‘Oh my God! Everyone quickly got the decision as to who was your counsellor. I said, ‘No, his father was his counselor.’
