The trailer of Kangana Ranaut’s upcoming film ‘Bharat Bhagya Vidhaata’ has been released. The film is set to hit the theaters on June 12. A glimpse of its powerful story can be seen in the trailer. The story of the film is going to depict the sting of 26/11 terrorist attacks. Kangana has played the role of a nurse.
What is the story of the film?
Shot mostly in the tense environment of a hospital, the trailer shows a poignant contrast between the chaos outside and the courage inside. As the atmosphere of fear grows in the city, hospital staff, nurses, ward boys, sweepers, security personnel, lift operators and administrators refuse to leave their posts. Inspired by real-life events, the trailer outlines a horrifying truth: without them, the system would collapse in a single day. The film is directed by Manoj Tapadia and produced by Kangana Ranaut herself under her production banner. Along with Kangana, Girija Oak is also going to be seen in a powerful role in the film.
Story of nurses battling terrorist attacks
The trailer of Bharat Bhagya Vidhaata shows the busy and often frustrating lives of the staff of Mumbai’s Cama Hospital. Along with caring for patients, they also have to deal with family expectations and lack of appreciation for their work. Kangana Ranaut’s character expresses her frustration like this, ‘When your own family doesn’t respect you, what can you expect from outsiders?’ As the situation worsens, hospital officials try to follow rules and procedures, but Kangana’s character questions whether such protocols have any significance during a terrorist attack. Despite the hospital being overcrowded with newborns, pregnant women, and vulnerable patients, the staff decide to stay despite the danger. As the attackers enter the hospital, power is cut off, leaving nurses forced to protect patients, transfer the injured, and continue providing essential services in the dark. Now it remains to be seen whether this film is successful in attracting the audience to the theaters or not.
