The wait for Vivo X300 Ultra is over. The Chinese company has launched its most powerful camera phone in India. Along with this, Vivo X300 FE has also been introduced in the Indian market. These flagship phones of Vivo come with DSLR quality camera sensors. These phones are going to give tough competition to the premium phones of Apple, Samsung, Google. Vivo has started pre-booking of these two phones in India.
DSLR camera
Vivo X300 Ultra has a 200MP main Sony LYT-901 camera sensor. The company claims that it will have gimbal-like optical image stabilization. Apart from this, a 200MP telephoto camera is also provided in the phone. In this phone, the company has used Samsung HPO periscope chip, which supports 3.7x optical zoom. Apart from this, a 50MP Sony LYT-818 ultra-wide camera will be available in the back of the phone. This phone has a 50MP camera for selfie and video calling.
With this phone, Vivo has also launched Zeiss’ telephoto extender. Gen 2 will have a 200mm lens. Whereas, Gen 2 Ultra has a 400mm lens. This phone will work like a DSLR in wild photography.

In Vivo X300 Ultra, the company has used a 6.82 inch LTPO OLED display. The display of the phone supports 144Hz refresh rate. Its resolution is 1440 x 3168 pixels. Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset has been given in this phone. Also, it supports 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB internal storage. To keep it cool, a vapor chamber of 5800 square millimeters has been provided.

This phone has a 6,600mAh battery, with which 100W wired and 40W wireless charging is supported. This phone works on Origin OS 6 based on Android 16. The company promises 5 years of OS and 7 years of security updates with the phone. This phone can be purchased in two color options – Victory Green and Eclipse Black. The thickness of the phone is just 8.2mm and it comes with water and dust proof rating. For security, the phone has an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor.

This flagship phone of Vivo comes with a 6.31 inch LTPO AMOLED display. The display of the phone supports 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of up to 5000 nits. This phone can be purchased in three color options – Urban Olive, Lilac Purple and Noir Black. This phone is also IP68 and IP69 rated. It has Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, with which it is supported with 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage.
Vivo X300 FE
This phone supports 80W wired and 40W wireless charging with a 6,500mAh battery. It also has Origin OS based on Android 16. The company also offers OS for 5 years and security updates for 7 years with this phone.
Triple camera setup is also provided in the back of Vivo X300 FE. It has a 50MP main Sony IMX-921 chipset. Apart from this, the phone will have a 50MP Sony IMX 882 telephoto camera, which supports 3x optical zoom. This phone has an 8MP ultra wide camera. It also has a 50MP camera for selfies and video calling. This phone also comes with telephoto extender Gen 2 and Gen 2 Ultra.

Vivo X300 Ultra comes in a single storage variant 16GB + 512GB. Its price is Rs 1,59,999. Whereas, Vivo X300 FE comes in two storage variants – 12GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB. Its starting price is Rs 79,999. At the same time, its top variant comes for Rs 89,999. A bank discount of 10% is being offered on the purchase of both these phones. Along with these two phones, the company has also introduced Telephot Extender Gen 2 Ultra and Vivo Imaging Grip Kit. Whose price is Rs 27,999 and Rs 11,999 respectively.
