How to make Phirni?

First step: To make Phirni, first take four tablespoons of rice and soak it for an hour.

Second step: After the stipulated time, grind it coarsely in a mixer jar. If you want, you can also grind it on a sealed grate.

third step: Now heat one liter milk on low flame. When the milk becomes hot, add coarse rice, cardamom powder and saffron in it.

Fourth step: Now, the milk has to be boiled until it reduces to half. When the phirni becomes completely thick, add sugar to it.
