To keep themselves fit and healthy, people like to eat boiled eggs or omelette in the morning. Now, the egg boils easily but while making omelette, sometimes it sticks to the pan and breaks into pieces. The limit is reached when the omelette sticks even on a non-stick pan. If this happens to you too, then follow these tips of Master Chef Pankaj Bhadauria. Pankaj Bhadauria is telling how you can easily prevent omelette from sticking to the pan. So let’s note down the tips and tricks.
Follow these tips to prevent omelette from sticking:
Slow down the flame: To prevent the omelette from sticking, it is very important to have the right gas temperature. Omelette can stick instantly on high flame, hence after beating the eggs, when pouring it on the pan, slow down the flame. On low flame, the omelette cooks well from inside without burning and it does not stick.
sprinkle some salt on the pan: Apart from this, before making omelette, sprinkle a little salt on the pan. Salt keeps the eggs from sticking to the pan. You will see that with this trick the omelette will come out of the pan very easily and it also becomes fluffy and soft.
Cover the omelette: To keep the omelet from sticking, you can try another trick. Beat the eggs and put them on the pan and then slow down the flame and cover it. Cooking eggs covered on low flame produces steam, which helps the omelette puff up well. Because of this, it does not stick to the pan and becomes spongy and gets easily separated from the pan without sticking.
beat well: If the omelette is not becoming fluffy then it may be that you are not beating it properly. To make the egg fluffy and thick, first of all beat the egg well, this removes the air inside it easily and the yolk and white part present in it become uniform.
