Rabdi Kulfi Recipe

First step- To make Rabdi Kulfi, you have to take leftover milk at home. If you are making Kulfi by purchasing milk, then use 1 liter full cream or buffalo milk. Place the pan on the gas and add milk to it and cook till it boils. Now reduce the gas flame to medium and cook the milk while stirring occasionally until it becomes crumbly.

Second step- When it seems that the milk has reduced to half, add sugar and ground cardamom powder into it. Now cook it for some more time. If you want saffron flavor then soak saffron in 2 spoons of milk beforehand. Now lightly crush the soaked saffron with your hands and mix it in the rabri.

Third step- This will improve the taste of Kulfi and its color will also become light yellow. Now if your children insist on eating chocolate kulfi, then melt any chocolate and mix it in kulfi. Children will love the taste of chocolate kulfi.

Fourth step- Now take kulfi molds sold in the market and fill kulfi in them and store them in the freezer. If you don’t have a kulfi mold then you can also use kulhad. Put kulfi mix in kulhad and cover it with butter paper on top. Now hold the paper with a rubber band. Now Kulfi will be ready in 7-8 hours.
