It is not only tasty to eat but is also very beneficial for health. Ingredients for Drumstick Leaves Chutney:
Sajahan leaves, two spoons of mustard oil, half cup of peanuts, half cup of coconut shavings, one spoon of white sesame, one spoon of cumin, salt as per taste, five to seven cloves of garlic, one green chilli.
How to make drumstick leaves chutney?

First step: To make drumstick leaves chutney, first clean the drumstick leaves. Pluck the leaves, keep them aside and then wash them thoroughly in water.

Second step: Now, turn on the gas and place a pan on it and add two spoons of mustard oil in it. When the oil becomes hot, add drumstick leaves into it. Now cook it well on low flame. It has to be cooked until it melts. When it is cooked, take it out in a vessel.

Third step: Now, add one spoon mustard oil and temper it with cumin seeds. When the cumin seeds start crackling, add five to seven garlic cloves and one green chilli. After that add peanuts. When the peanuts are roasted, add half a cup of coconut shavings, salt, one spoon of white sesame seeds and mix well.

Fourth step: When all the ingredients are cooked, turn off the gas and put everything in a mixer jar and grind it coarsely. Now keep this chutney in an air tight container. You can use it for months. Keep in mind not to add water while grinding the chutney. You serve it as a side dish with rice and roti.
