Tofu Breakfast Recipe
First step- First of all, in a bowl, take half finely chopped capsicum, finely chopped carrots, sweet corn, half a bowl of potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Mash 2 medium sized boiled potatoes and mix. Add half cup rice flour in it. Add 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and 2 finely chopped green chillies. Add half teaspoon red chilli powder, half teaspoon mango powder, some ground black pepper and salt as per taste and mix everything well.
Second step- After mixing all the things well, add 1 spoon of oil or ghee in it and mix. Now you have to take tofu and cut it into finger-sized long and thin cubes. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of cornflour powder over the chopped tofu. Add some chili flakes, oregano powder and black pepper powder on top. By turning once, let them stick well to the tofu.
Third step- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and lightly fry the soya paneer tofu. Let the tofu cool down a bit and then take a ball out of the stuffing prepared and make it bigger with your palm. Now place a piece of minced tofu in it and cover it well with the stuffing. You can prepare it in round or square shape. Prepare all the tofu like this and keep it aside.
Fourth step- Now put oil in the pan and heat it. Fry the prepared stuffed tofu in it. Fry the tofu until it turns light golden in color, which makes it crispy and delicious to eat.
