Continental Paratha Recipe

First step- To make paratha, take wheat flour, add some salt and 1 teaspoon oil to it. Knead a soft dough by adding water. Do not knead the dough initially, apply half a spoon of oil on it and keep it covered for 10 minutes.

Second step- Now peel 1 onion and chop it finely, along with this finely chop green chillies and some capsicum. Put some frozen corn in hot water and leave it for a while. Squeeze out the water and chop the corn lightly and mix.

Third step- Along with this, grate some cheese in the bowl. Grate some cheese and mix it. Now mix all the vegetables that have been chopped with paneer and cheese. Add mixed herbs and add peri-peri masala. Add some black pepper and the stuffing is ready.

Fourth step- Now set the dough by kneading it with hands. Break the dough from this and make a bowl like shape with your hands. If you want, you can increase it a little by rolling it with a rolling pin. Fill the prepared stuffing well and close it. Put some dry flour on the chakla and gently roll the paratha with the help of a rolling pin.

Fifth step- Heat the pan and apply some oil on it and clean it with tissue paper. This will prevent the first paratha from sticking to the pan. Now put the paratha on the pan and apply ghee on both the sides and cook it till it turns golden in color and becomes crisp. Continental Paratha is ready.
