For this you do not even need mawa. You can prepare it even 5 minutes before guests arrive at home. These delicious and super healthy sweets can be prepared in a very short time. First step- To make this sweet you have to take 1 glass of full cream milk. Turn on the gas and pour milk in a pan. Now add a bowl of jaggery powder in it, i.e. use jaggery powder. Mix it while stirring. Boil them well. Chop dry fruits of your choice and mix them in it.

Second step- Now put half a bowl of cashew nuts in a mixer jar and add one bowl of coconut powder. Mix both the things, grind them and take it out in a bowl. Now add a bowl of mixed powder in it. Mix all the things and mix them in hot milk. Mix well.

Third step- Increase the gas flame and cook it while stirring continuously. Within a short while the prepared dough will start leaving the pan. Now turn off the gas and put it in a greased plate and let it set well. If you set it after applying butter paper, the sweets will turn out even better. Leave it to cool for 1 hour.

Fourth step- Demould the prepared sweet and cut it into the shape of your choice. Barfi without mawa, without ghee and without sugar is ready. You can prepare and eat them anytime. If guests are coming to the house or children feel like eating sweets, then they can prepare this barfi and feed them.
