Even if the cream sets, it sets very thin. In such a situation, today we have brought a great trick for you. With the help of this trick you can make very thick and dense cream. Let us know what is that trick?

How to set thick cream?

  • First Step: To make thick cream from milk, first of all take two liters of milk. Heat the milk until it boils. As soon as it starts boiling, turn off the gas. You do not need to boil milk too much for cream.

  • Second step: After the milk becomes hot, people cover it completely. You should not make this mistake to get thick cream. Actually, by covering milk, steam turns into water. When these drops of water fall on milk, the cream becomes thin.

  • Step 3: Do not cover the milk for an hour. If you want, cover the milk with a strainer and cool it, so that steam keeps coming out. After one hour, keep the milk half covered for three to four hours. After three to four hours, a thin layer of cream forms on the milk and the milk also cools down.

  • Fourth Step: Now keep this milk in the refrigerator gently without stirring. If you are keeping milk in the fridge around 10 pm, then take it out from the fridge by 10 am in the morning.

  • Fifth Step: Now remove the milk vessel slowly with the help of a knife. You will see that the cream of milk has thickened like bread.
