Remo and Liesel have deep faith in Lord Shiva
During the conversation, Remo and Liezel told that even though they are Christians, they have deep faith in Lord Shiva and when this house was not even built, the map of this house was not even ready, then both of them had decided where the Shivalinga would be established in the house. Lizel tells that there was a Shiva temple behind her old house too, where she often went to perform water anointment, but she was not able to get good time here. Many times, during the puja, someone else would perform the Abhishek, due to which when he bought a new house, the Shivalinga was established at the right place even before the map was made.

During the conversation, Liesel told that one day her helper called her and told that she had seen a snake in the Shiva temple. Remo told that earlier he was a Hindu, but used to serve a lot in the church. In such a situation, a priest suggested him to adopt Christianity and at the age of 15, he changed his religion from Hindu to Christian. Remo told that his real name is Ramesh Gopi Nair, when he changed his religion then he became Remo from Ramesh. However, even today he has the same faith in Lord Shiva as before. He told that he also has the same morning routine. He wakes up around 7 in the morning, performs puja, offers water to Shivalinga and performs Bappa’s Aarti. Along with this, he does not forget to spend time with his children and wife as well as dogs and cats.
