During the rainy season, one feels like eating something hot and fried. In such a situation, you can make this delicious breakfast made from potatoes, semolina and flour. This breakfast can also be prepared and given to children in tiffin. Its taste is so tasty that you are not going to stop after eating one or two. Everyone will like this mixed taste of Puri and Kachori. If you have guests coming to your house or if you feel like eating something delicious with tea in the evening, then you can prepare and eat this breakfast. Its taste increases even more with tea. You can also keep it ready to take while travelling. The special thing is that with this you will not even need to prepare vegetables. You can eat it like this with pickle or chutney. Prepare breakfast from potatoes, semolina and flour

First step- You have to take 1 cup semolina. Add about one and a half cups of hot water to the semolina. Now mix semolina in water with a spoon and keep it covered for 5 minutes. The semolina will swell and the water will reduce and it will become like flour.

Second step- Now add 1 grated potato to it. Add some finely chopped green coriander. Add 1 teaspoon ginger coarsely. Add some crushed red chilli, some carom seeds, turmeric powder for colour, black pepper powder and salt.

Third step- Mix everything well. Mash it with hands like making flour and prepare it like dough. Now mix 1 cup flour in it little by little. You have to prepare a nice soft dough.

Fourth step- Now break the ball from the dough and roll it out like a puri. Keep preparing all the puris like this. Heat oil in a pan and fry them on medium low flame. Its taste will be even tastier than shortbread. These puris taste very good to eat with tea also. You can make these puris and serve them in children’s tiffin for breakfast. You will enjoy eating it with chutney and pickle also.
