Why is rice water beneficial for skin?

In which skin problems is rice water effective?

For dark skin: Rice water toner is very beneficial for those whose skin is very dark and uneven. In such a situation, you can use rice toner at home. Add two glasses of water to half a cup of rice and soak this water for one to two hours. Later you can use this water by putting it in a toner bottle. This water can be used for up to a week.

For dead skin: If there is a layer of dead skin on your skin, there is pigmentation on your face or any area of the skin is very dark, then mix honey and lemon juice in rice flour and apply it on your face.
