Ingredients to make Egg Curry

6 boiled eggs

2 large onions (finely chopped)

2 tomatoes (crushed)

1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

2 green chillies

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp red chilli powder

1 tsp coriander powder

½ tsp garam masala

salt as per taste

2 tbsp oil

green coriander for decoration
How to make egg curry

First of all, make light cuts on the boiled eggs, add some oil and fry them until they become light golden. Now heat oil in a pan and add onion and fry until it turns golden brown. After this, add ginger-garlic paste and green chilli and cook for a few minutes.

Now add tomato puree and add turmeric, red chilli, coriander powder and salt to it. Fry the spices until the oil starts separating. After this, prepare gravy by adding water as per requirement and add fried eggs to it.

Let the curry cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes so that the flavor of the spices gets absorbed properly into the eggs. Finally add garam masala and green coriander and turn off the gas.
