Material
- Bread Slices: 6-8 (white or brown)
- Thick curd: 1 cup (drained and drained through muslin cloth)
- Paneer (grated): ½ cup
- Finely chopped vegetables: ½ cup (capsicum, carrot and onion)
- Green chilli: 2 (finely chopped)
- Coriander: finely chopped
- Spices: ½ tsp black pepper powder, ½ tsp chaat masala, salt as per taste
- Oil: for frying

First of all take a mixing bowl. Add thick curd, grated cheese, finely chopped capsicum, carrot, onion, green chilli and green coriander. Now add black pepper powder, chaat masala and salt and mix everything well. Your creamy and tasty stuffing is ready.
Step 2
Cut the edges of the bread slices with the help of a knife and separate them. Now take some water in a plate. Lightly dip a slice of bread in water and immediately take it out and press it between both palms to squeeze out the water. Be careful not to break the bread.

Now place one to one and a half spoon curd stuffing in the middle of the bread soaked in water. Fold the bread from all sides and cover the stuffing well and give it an oval or round shape. Similarly, prepare all the rolls and keep them in a plate. Leave them in the fan air for 5 minutes before frying, this makes them more crispy.
Step 4
Heat oil in a pan. When the oil becomes well heated, reduce the gas flame to medium. Now slowly put 2-3 rolls in oil and deep fry them by turning them repeatedly until they become golden and crispy.
