How to make Soya Schezwan Dry?

  • First of all, put garlic, ginger and green chillies in the chopper and chop them coarsely, do not chop them finely. Cut capsicum and onion into triangular pieces or chop them as per your convenience. Separately chop the white and green parts of spring onions; Coarsely chop the whites and finely chop the greens, and place them in separate bowls.

  • Put water in a big vessel, boil it on high flame and add ginger, green chillies, soya sauce, salt and sugar in it. This will give great taste to soya badi. Add soya chunks and boil them for 5 minutes. After boiling, strain the soya chunks and add to cold water. After this, squeeze gently and put in a large bowl.

  • Add corn flour and apply it well on the chunks. Keep in mind that before coating the chunks, heat the oil. Once coated, fry the soya chunks in oil for a few minutes until crisp, then drain in a strainer.

  • Now prepare the gravy. Add oil and then add schezwan sauce, red chilli sauce, ketchup, vinegar, black pepper powder, sugar, salt as per taste and stir well. After this, add 1 tablespoon of corn flour, add a little water and mix well. Now add fried soya in it and stir and turn off the gas. Your Soya Schezwan Dry is ready. Serve it hot.
