Both paneer and moong are considered very beneficial for health. If you have not tried Paneer Moong Cheela yet, then you should definitely try this recipe. For your information, let us tell you that to make Paneer Moong Chilla, you will need a big bowl of Moong Dal peel, 100 grams of Paneer, one small onion, one small tomato, 3 green chillies, 2 small pieces of ginger, salt as per taste, one spoon red chilli, fresh coriander and oil.

First step- First of all wash the moong dal. After this you have to soak moong dal in water for about 2 to 3 hours.

Second step- Remove and discard the peel floating on top of the water. You have to grind moong dal, ginger and green chilli in the mixer.

Third step- Now mash the cheese well. Finely chop tomato, ginger, green chilli and onion.

Fourth step- You have to mix mashed cheese, chopped ingredients and salt well. Mix salt and red chilli in the moong dal mixture.

Fifth step- After this, heat the pan and spread the oil well. Now you have to spread the moong dal mixture on the pan.

Sixth step- When one side gets cooked well, apply oil and cook the other side also. As long as the other side is cooking, you have to spread the cheese mixture on the cheela.

Seventh step- Now you have to fold the cheela and fry it once more and your cheela is ready to eat.

In just 15 to 20 minutes, the delicious nutrient-rich Paneer Moong Cheela is ready to serve. You can serve Paneer Moong Cheela with hot tea or tomato ketchup or green chutney. From children to adults, everyone will like the taste of Paneer Moong Cheela.
