First step- Take out the cooked rice and water in a blender. You have to grind the rice and water thoroughly and filter it.
Second step- To make ice cream, you have to use this healthy milk. After this, take out the mulberries in a pan.
Third step- Add water and sugar in the same pan and cook this mixture until the mulberries become soft.

Fifth step- You have to mix all these things and put them in popsicle molds and then leave them in the fridge to freeze.
