How to make Dahi Wali Masala Bhindi
To prepare the masala, take 250 grams ladyfinger, half teaspoon turmeric, one and a half teaspoon gram flour, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 4 tablespoons mustard oil, 2 tablespoons oil, cumin, asafoetida, two medium onions, 2-3 green chillies chopped, 5-6 garlic cloves chopped, 1 inch ginger chopped, one small tomato ground, half teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder and some turmeric.
Dahi Masala Mix
Add 1 cup fresh curd, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp veg masala, 1 tsp fennel powder, 1 tbsp kasoori methi, 1 tsp gram flour, 1 tbsp cream, red chilli as per taste. Finally take 1 tsp sugar, ¼ tsp garam masala, green coriander, green chilli.

Dahi Wali Masala Bhindi Fry Recipe
First step- First of all, wash the ladyfinger and dry the water. Now keep it in the fridge for 15 minutes. Cut the ladyfinger into 1 inch pieces and make a light cut in the middle. Add turmeric, gram flour and lemon juice to it and mix well.
Second step- Heat oil in a pan and fry the bhindi on medium-high flame for 3-4 minutes until slightly crisp. Now take it out and keep it aside.
Third step- Add some oil, cumin and asafoetida in the pan. Now add onion and fry until golden. Add ginger, garlic and green chillies and cook for 3 minutes. Add tomatoes and Kashmiri red chilli. Now add some turmeric and fry the spices.
Fourth step- Take curd in a bowl and add coriander powder, veg masala, fennel powder, Kasuri methi, gram flour, cream and red chilli. Mix all the things and beat them.
Fifth step- Now add some water to the spices and then the prepared curd mixture and cook. Add light sugar and mix. Now add fried ladyfinger to it and cook for 5 more minutes. Sprinkle garam masala and green coriander on top and serve.
