Here a brother took such a step, which hardly anyone would have imagined, to withdraw money from his dead sister’s bank account. A man had to withdraw money from his deceased sister’s account. When the bank asked for the death certificate, the man brought out the sister’s skeleton from the grave. After this incident came to light, sensation spread in the entire area.

According to the information, this case is of Dianali village of Patna area of Keonjhar district. Jitu Munda, who lives here, wanted to withdraw money from his sister’s bank account after her death. His sister had died due to illness about two months ago. It is being told that in his lifetime he had earned around Rs 19 thousand by selling cattle, which he deposited in a local branch of Odisha Gramya Bank. After the death of his sister, Jitu Munda was his only support and family member. In such a situation, he reached the bank a few days ago and tried to withdraw money. But reportedly the bank officials, citing rules, asked for his death certificate and other necessary documents.
The person brought the dead body out of the grave
When Jitu Munda could not provide the documents, he took a very shocking step. It is alleged that he took out the buried body of his sister from the grave. After this, he carried her skeleton on his shoulder and walked for about 3 kilometers to reach the bank. After reaching outside the bank, he placed the skeleton in front and sat on strike there. He sat there for several hours and kept demanding immediate payment from the bank. Seeing this scene, the people nearby were also stunned and a crowd gathered at the spot.
Police calmed down the situation
As soon as information about the matter was received, the police reached the spot. After much persuasion, the police removed Jitu Munda from there and calmed down the situation. After this, arrangements were also made by the administration to bury the skeleton again with respect. This incident is not only shocking, but also shows the lack of awareness among people in rural areas regarding banking procedures and necessary documents.
