Know about armor system
Let us tell you that Kavach System is an indigenous automatic train protection system developed in India, which helps in preventing incidents like train collision by automatically applying brakes in any emergency. This technology helps the loco pilot in safe train operation, because through it there is continuous communication between the locomotive, signaling system and equipment installed on the track.
Rapid expansion of armor system
With the implementation of the armor system on these important railway routes, train operations will become more safe, reliable and smooth. Indian Railways is rapidly expanding the Kavach system across the country under the resolve of ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’, thereby making the railway network safe, modern and technologically empowered.
