CMR Green Technologies IPO Listing Price: CMR Green Technologies, a Faridabad company associated with metal business, got listed in the domestic stock market today. On Wednesday, shares of CMR Green Technologies were listed on BSE at Rs 275.40, a bumper premium of 43.43 per cent over its issue price. Similarly, the company’s shares were listed on NSE at Rs 268 with a premium of 39.58 percent. Let us tell you that the company had allotted shares at the price of Rs 192.
IPO was opened on June 3
The IPO of CMR Green Technologies opened on Wednesday, June 3 and closed on Friday, June 5. The company’s IPO got tremendous support from investors. This IPO received 127 times more subscription. As part of its Rs 630 crore IPO, the company had fixed the price band of Rs 182 to Rs 192 for each share with a face value of Rs 2. The company had also given a discount of Rs 18 on each share to its employees.
Investors started profit booking after listing
After the bumper listing in the domestic stock market, investors took full advantage of the opportunity and started booking profits as soon as the listing was done. Shares were sold on a large scale to book profits. Hence, finally the shares of CMR Green Technologies closed at Rs 247.90 on BSE with a rise of 29.11 percent. Whereas, on NSE it closed at Rs 241.20 with a rise of 25.62.
CMR Green Technologies’ IPO was completely OFS based
Let us tell you that the IPO of CMR Green Technologies was completely OFS based, in which the promoters of the company had sold 3,28,58,323 shares of their stake. The allotment of shares was done on Monday, June 8 after the IPO closed on June 5. After allotment, shares were credited to the demat accounts of investors on June 9.
Transaction of 390.84 lakh shares took place on NSE
38.23 lakh shares of the company were transacted on BSE. Whereas, transactions took place for 390.84 lakh shares on NSE. During this period, the market cap of the company stood at Rs 5,430.39 crore. Faridabad-based CMR Green Technologies processes and manufactures ‘furnace-ready scrap’ of metals including aluminum alloy (ingot and liquid), zinc alloy, stainless steel, copper, brass, lead and magnesium.
