The hero of Peshawar’s title win was Australia’s all-rounder Aaron Hardy, who performed brilliantly with both ball and bat. Peshawar Zalmi captain Babar Azam was out on the very first ball in the final of Pakistan Super League 2026 against Hyderabad Kingsmen. In this match played at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore, Babar tried to play a cut shot on the outgoing ball of Mohammad Ali, but was caught out. In this way Babar Azam missed a big record.
